I first learned about the AYA R-Comp a couple of years ago when I saw guitar friends (Allen Hinds, Carl Verheyen, Michael Tompson) using these pedals here in Los Angeles.
I can truly say that this is this the best and most musical compressor pedal I've ever played through! I played almost every new guitar compressor out there. Nothing sounds close to the AYA R-Comp. It does not suck out the original tone and yet keeps my guitar signal sounding warm and musical. I use it in all my sessions and live performances. What else can I say, I love this pedal!

A.Y.A Drivesta Stack Amp Overdrive / Distortion.
One word " MARSHALL " !!This pedal shines like the center of the universe especially in recording situation.I use this pedal as " Distortion " and was pleasingly surprised by it's
presence when I heard the play back.It doesn't get too boomy when I play some chords and sits in the right place in the track.For soloing, I've got great results combining with booster or similar device in front of it as well as just the pedal itself.............seems like the mid range never gets lost so that's a good sign !! And one more......I understand that some might think " It is difficult to tweak " because of those knobs and switches and they are located on the side of the pedal however the way I tweak is set everything all the way up except master volume and then tweak knobs to take some potions ( that you don't need) off. Usually I get the sound I want within really short period of time.。

The pedals are way cool!!!! The stack overdrive is awesome, and definitely my favorite so far.....I love the fact that I have a preamp and master volume and 3 band (Useable) eq right at my fingertips. The fuzz is very cool, and i can go from smooth dark distortion to full on filtery 70's tones with ease. And the comp is cool too....very reminiscent of the Ross comp, quick attack and a good amount of gain and sustain.

R-comp is cool.
We did use this a lot in our new recording.
It really workedgreat for clean tone with effect to make it nice and even without losing the good tone.
Overdrive pedal got so much flexibility. I'm still playing with it !

I have tried almost every compressor on the market. Many offer great qualities but diminish the tone, some are subtle and some are effected. The AYA R Comp does it all while enhancing my tone . The only problem I have is turning it off !
